All orders must be paid for by debit or credit cards. Please use a debit or switch card if possible to help us with charges.
Your order will be despatched as soon as possible. We aim to despatch within one or two working days. Orders with magnetic signs may take a little longer. Times may vary during busy periods.
All orders are taken through this website. There is no other way of placing an order. If you are aware that one of your downline does not have internet capability, then please arrange with them to use a public facility such as an internet cafe or library. Please note that we do not take orders over the telephone.
Any order placed and paid for cannot be cancelled if items have been printed prior to dispatch. Any order with or without printed items cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our unit.
In the event we are able to cancel an order a £2.00 admin fee will be payable prior to the refund being processed.
CARRIAGE CHARGES
Our standard courier delivery charge is £6.50 per order, this applies to most UK mainland addresses. PLEASE SEE MAP BELOW. IF YOU ARE IN ANY AREA OTHER THAN DARK BLUE OR GREY, YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA (even if the order is over our special offer amount)
The special offer on delivery will also apply to these areas, meaning the first £6.50 of the shipping cost will be deducted providing the spend threshold is met, (currently £55 or more).
Small value orders that weigh under 750grms when packaged and where appropriate, we will send via royal mail and refund any postage difference to your credit card via world pay. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and cannot progress the transit of these parcels.

All of our parcels despatched by carrier service, require a proof of delivery signature. If you are not in when delivery is attempted. the driver will leave a card. Please respond to this card ASAP to arrange redelivery or collection from the depot.

If you are happy to have your order left WITHOUT a signature please tell us in the comments box. Such as "leave in shed" or "leave next door". PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU REQUEST THIS, THE RISK IS WITH YOU.
Once your parcel has arrived you have 24hrs from delivery time to notify us by email of any damage caused whilst in transit (this may have to be supported by digital pictures where requested) to the contents within.
Any shortages, incorrect items or mistakes on printed goods must be reported also by email within 48hrs from time of delivery.
