DELIVERY INFORMATION AND CARRIAGE CHARGES


All orders are taken through this website. There is no other way of placing an order. If you are aware that one of your downline does not have internet capability, then please arrange with them to use a public facility such as an internet cafe or library. Please note that we do not take orders over the telephone.

CARRIAGE CHARGES
Our standard courier delivery charge is £6.50 per order, this applies to most UK mainland addresses.

If you spend over our special offer amount (see home page - panel top right for details) this charge will not apply.

THE RED ZONE, ALL OFF SHORE UK ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, HOLLAND AND GERMANY.

The special offer on delivery will also apply to these areas, meaning the first £6.50 of the shipping cost will be deducted providing the spend threshold is met.

All of our parcels despatched by carrier service, require a proof of delivery signature. If you are not in when delivery is attempted. the driver will leave a card. Please respond to this card ASAP to arrange redelivery or collection from the depot.

If you are happy to have your order left WITHOUT a signature please tell us in the comments box. Such as "leave in shed" or "leave next door". NOTE – These instructions must be concise. There is space on the carriers manifest for only 5 or 6 words. IF YOU REQUEST THIS, THE RISK IS WITH YOU.

Small value orders that weigh under 1 kilo when packaged, we will send via royal mail and refund any postage difference to your credit card via world pay. We cannot guarantee a delivery date and cannot progress the transit of these parcels. The charge for such packets will be £1.95
