DELIVERY INFORMATION AND CARRIAGE CHARGES


All orders are taken through this website.  There is no other way of placing an order. If you are aware that one of your downline does not have internet capability, then please arrange with them to use a public facility such as an internet cafe or library. Please note that we do not take orders over the telephone.

CARRIAGE CHARGES
Our standard courier delivery charge is £6.50 per order, this applies to most UK mainland addresses.

If you spend over our special offer amount (see home page for details) this charge will not apply.

The following UK postcodes  AB21-56, PH11-44, IV1-56, PA20-88, KA26-28, PO31-39(Isle of Wight), All KW, ZE, HS and the Isle of Man,Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Scilly Islands, Holland & Germany will receive a phone call or e mail to determine Shipping cost, this will be payable by a credit/debit card before the order is processed.

 

The special offer on delivery will also apply to these areas, meaning the first £6.50 of the shipping cost will be deducted providing the spend threshold is met. 

If you are out when the driver calls, he is instructed to leave the parcel. The risk is with you.
If you wish to sign for your parcel you must tell BIDS at the time of ordering by requesting this in the delivery instruction box at the checkout. If you do this and if there is no one to sign for the goods when the carrier calls, you will be carded and must phone the carrier as per  the instructions on the card.
  

The driver will follow any reasonable instructions you have given on where the parcel is left. Such as "leave in shed" or "leave next door". NOTE – These instructions must be concise. There is space on the carriers delivery label for only 5 or 6 words.

The following method should be used to track your parcels from BIDS.
Worldpay send you a "confirmation of transaction" document.  It contains your "CART ID NUMBER"  This is a five digit number. Note this number then go to:
 
 

When the page appears, enter 014ab0103 (must be lower case) in the USER NAME field. Enter the CART ID number from your e mail in the CUSTOMER REFERENCE field. Click on TRACK. Your tracking details will then be shown.

If there is no response to your entry, it means that your parcel has not yet been collected by Fedex from  BIDS.  Fedex will normally update their daily collections by 9pm.

Your information may also be used for these purposes after you have ceased using the services of BIDS Supplies Ltd.
