Track your parcel

The following method should be used to track your parcels from BIDS.
When the page appears, enter 014ab0103 (must be lower case) in the USER NAME field. Enter the order ID number from your e mail in the CUSTOMER REFERENCE field. Click on TRACK. Your tracking details will then be shown.
If there is no response to your entry, it means that your parcel has not yet been collected by Fedex from BIDS. Fedex will normally update their daily collections by 9pm.
